foot computer stool
awful neck/head ticks are killing me helppp?

im 17 and a couple of months ago i started getting tics, it starts in my spine and makes my head jerk slightly and the tendons at the front of my neck jump visably, my back constantly consantly hurts and im worried that because im taking paracetamol/ibuprefen everyday to sooth it slightly is bad for me. all along my spone is also really tense and because of the ticks my lower jaw aches.

any ideas why this happens/how i stop it?
btw, im vegetarian, spend a long time in front of computer due to school work, spend a lot of time sitting in uncomforatble chairs/stools, work part-time on my feet, carrying heavy things and nodding talking to customers/bending over, smoke, and definatly dont get enough sleep
but i cant really do anything about the last bits

please help

You need to go to a medical doctor for some test to make sure this isn’t the beginning of something that needs immediate attention, like MS.

In addition you could benefit from massage and chiropractic adjustments. You should be doing stretching exercises frequently, during the day. Yoga would be very helpful to calm your mind while you stretch and strengthen your body.

Adjust your position at your computer. There are many ways to make it easier on yourself.
